Trio "Italian Women in Music" has firmly established itself as one of the most original and innovative groups in the contemporary artistic scene, successfully merging Italian musical tradition with modernity. They serve as ambassadors of Italian music, bringing their performances to prestigious concert halls across Europe, South America, and other countries around the world.

The Trio "Italian Women in Music" was founded in 2023 from the shared passion of three Italian musicians from Lombardy, Puglia and Sicily, united by mutual desire to promote the beauty of Italian music on national and international contexts.

Comprising soprano Silvia Di Falco, flutist Palma Di Gaetano and pianist Angela Ignacchiti, the trio specializes in a repertoire ranging from Bel canto to Opera, Operetta and classical Neapolitan songs.

From their very first performances at prestigious festivals in Italy and abroad, the Trio has received unanimous acclaim from both audiences and critics. In concerts held across various regions of Italy, as well as in France, Croatia, Mexico, and Spain, Silvia, Palma and Angela have performed iconic pieces from Italian operatic music, highlighting the most famous female characters created by composers such as Verdi, Puccini, Bellini, Pergolesi, Bizet, and Arditi.

The Trio also stands out for its commitment to social issues: the program “Le Donne dell ’Opera” not only celebrates female figures in opera, but also raises awareness on gender equality, delivering a strong and clear message of fairness and social justice—through music.
